Since retiring from professional rugby in 2008, Lawrence has established a variety of business and commercial relationships. He was Sales Director of The Listening Company, a UK based call centre business which was sold to Serco in 2012.  He is most recently the Founder Partner of BBH Sport, a new Sports Markering Agency that he launched in 2014.  Lawrence also works with Rugby World Cup England 2015 as well as being a Global Ambassador for Land Rover.  

In March 2013, Lawrence teamed up with BT Sport to launch the Sports Channel and become their leading rugby union expert.  Lawrence's role covers BT Sport's exclusive coverage of all the live matches from the Aviva Premiership as well as the European Champions Cup.  He features as both the studio expert pundit as well as a co-commentator.  He is a respected regular columnist for The Sunday Times.

Lawrence's outstanding achievements were recognised in the Queen's Birthday Honours List, where he was awarded an MBE (2004) and an OBE (2008).

A keen Chelsea supporter, he lives in Richmond, West London and is married to Alice.  They have three children - Ella (17), Josie (15) and Enzo (13).

Matthew Key was born in Chelsea, London and grew up in Kent attending Sir Joseph Williamson's Rochester Mathematical school for boys.  Reading Economics at Birmingham University, he achieved a First Class Honours degree then qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Young in London in 1984.

Matthew's career continued with a variety of finance roles in blue chip FMCG companies including Coca Cola & Schweppes, Kingfisher, Grand Metropolitan and Vodafone.

In 2002, he joined O2 UK as CFO subsequently becoming CEO for 4 years until 2007. During this period he signed the partnership with Apple for the iPhone launch in the UK and opened the O2 in London.  Matthew then became Chairman and CEO of Telefonica Europe, and in 2011 he became Chairman andd CEO of Telephonica Digital, an operation developing, buying and partnering with new products for Telefonica's global operation across 25 countries.

in 2011, Matthew received an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Birmingham and was also made a member of the order of Isabella La Catolica by the King of Spain.

In 2014 Matthew decided to focus on a non executive career, having joined Burberry Plc, the leading British global fashion company in 2013, in that capacity. Matthew is a member of the audit, remuneration and nomindation committees.

In early 2015, Matthew became and independent non executive Director of OSN, a leading Pay TV operator, based in Dubai, currently operating in 7 countries across the Middle East and North Africa. Matthew's latest appointment in October 2015 is to Samsung Europe's advisory board.

Married to Karen, he has three children; Nathan, Charlotte and Alexander. They live in Seer Green in Buckinghamshire.

Charlie Taylor has specialised in working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties throughout his career. For six years he was head teacher of the Willows Special school which was twice rated "outstanding" by Ofsted. He then worked as expert adviser to the government on behaviour and then became the chief executive of the National College for Teaching and leadership. In December 2016 he completed a review of the youth justice system for the Lord Chancellor.

Bill was founder and latterly Chairman of Delphis Consulting plc which had a staff of over 300 and sales of £20m per annum when it was sold to Morse Plc in 2000. Bill was also a Director of London Welsh RFC for over ten years until 2007.  He is currently Chairman of Clear Partners, a business development agency he helped set up in 2004.

Bill has also been coaching and mentoring for a number of years, and does some voluntary work for the Prince’s Trust.

Bill lives in South West London and is married with 3 children. He is a keen skier, golfer and cyclist.  He’s a fanatical follower of both the Wales rugby team and Chelsea.

Nick has worked for the Metropolitan Police Service for 25 years with the majority of his experience gained in challenging inner city areas.  He started in Brixton as a PC and has worked across London as a Sergeant and an Inspector. 

Nick specialises in youth diversion and specifically works to help young people escape the world of crime and gangs and move back into education and sport. 

Nick is now the London wide lead on schools and oversees the work of 240 school officers across 32 London Boroughs.

Nick lives in London with his wife and two boys.

Jackie is a Founding Partner of independent creative agency The Brooklyn Brothers who set up to respond to today's unique communications challenges and to get brands talked about by a new, empowered, digitally literate consumer. The agency has offices in the US, UK, Brazil, and China and works with global brands such as Land Rover, Virgin, Apple, BBC Worldwide, Rockstar Games and The New York Rangers. 

In her 20 year career Jackie was Managing Director of Craik Jones Watson Mitchell Voelkel, one of the UK's most creatively awarded direct and digital agencies, as well as a Director at Collette Dickenson Pearce where she helped to launch one of the UK's more pioneering integrated models. 

In 2008, she founded her own creative agency with three partners, together growing the business to cover the US, UK, Europe, South America and Asia.  The Brooklyn Brothers now employs 180 people worldwide and specialises in integrated accounts covering advertising, PR, digital, social and experiential.

She is a member of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Women in Business Development committee, Women in Advertising and Communications London (WACL) and recently co-founded the Professional Women's Network working with UK Home Secretary Theresa May's Conservative Women2Win team.

Jeff has recently been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Tele2, one of Europe’s fastest growing telecoms companies, based out in the Netherlands. Prior to joining Tele2 Jeff worked for Virgin Media for five years, most recently the company’s Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Virgin Media, Jeff was the Group Marketing Director for Callaway Golf, where he was responsible for marketing, public relations, European product development and sponsorship working with some of golf's greatest ever players. Immediately before joining Callaway, Jeff spent five years working for the Japanese car giant Honda, where he oversaw marketing, product planning and business planning. Jeff is an active participant in the marketing industry. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, an executive committee member of ISBA, an executive advisor to Credos and also a client ambassador for the IPA. Jeff has an MBA and an MSc in International Marketing.

Jeff lives in Surrey with his wife Mary and his two young sons Henry and Jonathan. In his limited spare time he enjoys cooking, shooting clays and the very occasional game of (average) golf.

Caroline was appointed as the company secretary for the Dallaglio Foundation in June 2011. She also provides the tax and accounting support to the Foundation from her position with H L Barnes and Sons, based in Stratford upon Avon. She was very pleased to be invited to assist the charity in its important work, having lost her husband to cancer in 1997. She lives in Warwickshire and has three adult children.
